Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: June 30th, 2026. Applies to all use of Task Manager (the "Service") provided by Divergence Holdings Pty Ltd T/A Small Biz Systems

By using the Service you agree to this policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach it.

1. Don't upload sensitive or regulated data

The Service is a general productivity tool. It is not a vault for regulated or highly sensitive records. You must not upload, enter, or store:

Full payment card numbers (PANs). Use only the last 4 digits / a card nickname if you need to reference a card.
- Do not attach documents (e.g. full bank/card statements, bills showing full account numbers) whose primary content is sensitive financial or identity data. If a task references a bill, attach a redacted copy or none at all.
Government identifiers — passports, driver licences, Medicare, TFN, etc.
Health or other "sensitive information" as defined by the Privacy Act.
Other people's personal information that you are not authorised to share.
Login credentials, passwords, or secrets belonging to you or others.

You are responsible for the content you upload. If you upload prohibited data, you do so at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify us for any claim arising from it, to the extent permitted by law (see Terms of Service).

2. Don't misuse the Service

You must not:

Use the Service unlawfully, or to store or distribute unlawful content.
Upload malware, or attempt to breach security, access other users' data, or circumvent access controls.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe others' rights.
Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.

3. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without notice where necessary:

Remove or disable access to content that breaches this policy.
Suspend or terminate accounts.
Report unlawful activity to authorities.

4. Reporting

Report misuse or content concerns to steve@smallbizsystems.com.au.
